Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Spoon into warmed taco shells.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese and extra taco sauce.
Makes 6 servings of 2 tacos each.
Variation: Saute chopped onions and green pepper. Remove from pan. Then brown the beef and later add the vegetables. Add ½ teaspoon powdered cumin spice and 1 teaspoon chili powder.
