CCT Summer Camp offers children an amazing opportunity to unleash their creativity and bring their imagination to life. They create innovative theatre arts experiences that engage young people throughout Chicagoland in artistic, creative, and collaborative dialogues.
Camp runs from 8:30am-5:30pm, daily including before and after care. All camps will take place in their new building, The Station, at 100 S. Racine Avenue.
Tuition is $300/week for ages 3-5, $475/week for most other camps. Camp Red Kite is $825 for the full three-week engagement. Some scholarship assistance is available.
CCT Summer Camp is led by an incredible Teaching Artist Community, comprised of professional Chicago-based theatre artists, actors, filmmakers, storytellers, dancers, singers, painters, sculptors, designers, and costumers devoted to theatre making, creative education, and courageous play.
Musical Theatre Camp
A fun introduction to Musical Theatre style vocal and dance training for your budding thespian. The camp focuses on both individual and group performance, and campers will present a "review" style performance to their parents/caregivers at the end of each week, including group and individual song and dance numbers. Campers can registers for one or two weeks of this camp.

Make A Show Intensive
An immersive, two-week camp where your child creates a show top to bottom, concluding with a final performance of a miniature musical. Children develop skills in song, dance, script analysis, auditioning, and acting. The campers also work together to create and craft a set and props.
July 10 - July 21 (Two weeks)
Parade and Performance Camp
Campers explore, create, and spread joy through parade and performance in this hands-on camp. Campers craft objects and learn song and dance that help represent their delight in a final parade-style performance through the West Loop.

Camp Red Kite
A summer arts camp tailored specifically to the unique interests and needs of children on the autism spectrum. The program is led by a team of artists, administrators, and special education teachers dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for children. Campers share arts experiences that encourages self-expression, social engagement, creative exploration, and above all, FUN!
August 7 - August 25 (Three weeks)
Young Filmmakers Camp
Young filmmakers have the opportunity to channel their inner Spielberg over the course of this week long camp. They will conceive, write, storyboard, and film mini-movies in small groups, exploring technique and collaborative storytelling.
August 7 - August 11 (One week)
Improv & Comedy Camp
Campers are introduced to improvisation games, stock characters, and sketch comedy. This camp is a great way for children to build confidence before heading back to school.
