Summer Camps at the Adler Planetarium

The Adler Planetarium offers a variety of unique summer day-camp experiences for campers entering preschool through 10th grade. Camp Explorations at Bright Horizons
Finding the right summer child care can be tricky. At Bright Horizons our summer program not only features action-packed, weekly sessions to keep your child engaged, but offers flexible scheduling options and convenient hours for your family. Our teachers develop an exciting curriculum that uses surrounding communities and special visitors as an extension of the program. Children will explore nature, experiment with science, and engage in the creative arts, all while learning about the world around them. We are currently accepting Summer Camp registrations. YMCA Camp Benson
Located in northwestern Illinois, YMCA Camp Benson is an overnight summer camp FOR ALL. YCB's mission is to build stronger campers by providing opportunities in the outdoors for personal growth and character development. This is accomplished through innovative adventure programming that is focused on helping campers develop life skills and by employing rock-star role models that are dedicated to creating an inclusive camp community. In essence, our aim is to provide a high quality, transformational camping experience for all of our campers while allowing them to unplug and connect with the natural world and the people around them. The outdoor-play, muddy hands, expanding minds, nature and science summer camp! Nature Museum Summer Camps immerse children into the wonderful world of nature and science. Campers will develop their critical thinking and social skills by spending fun-filled days inside and outside the Nature Museum.
