Week-Long Camp Options

Summer camps are in full swing, and if you're still looking for a weekly camp to add to your schedule, there are still plenty available! This year's new Short Run/Drop In Camps page lets you view camp options that offer short sessions - including multi-week, single week and even daily drop in! Here are some highlights of camps available for the week of July 23 that you can still sign up for, and you can check out the full list of available camps here, listed in order of start date.

   The Race to Outer Space
The Little Gym, 3216 North Lincoln Avenue, Chicago
This week's camp for ages 3-8 is "The Race to Outer Space." This stellar camp has the Super Campers racing into outer space to complete a quest on a different planet each day. Each camper will experience out of this world adventures as they fly and dodge asteroids, comets and black holes! Camps start at $50 per session. Learn more...

   Plant to Plate Camp
Taste Buds Kitchen, 2521 Waukegan Road, Bannockburn
Kids will discover the fun differences between a fruit and vegetable and test your green thumb abilities as we grow a mini-garden in our kitchen this week. We will cook and eat our way through a menu of sweet and savory recipes like Carrot Noodle Nests, Peach Pie Pops, and Baked Green Bean Fries.    Weekly Cooking Camps

Join us this summer for the perfect mix of cooking, eating & play! Campers spend about half the day cooking up (and eating!) delicious food.    One Week STEM Camps
Noggin Builders, 3000 Dundee Rd. #201, Northbrook
Noggin Builders offers camps weekly for grades K-7, filled with fun, hands-on STEM! Next week for grades K-3 is "Science of Art," filled with unique crafts that also explore science. Kids will test different resist materials, create 3D structures and beautiful chemical reaction art. For grades 4-7, there is Sensational Circuits, where kids explore circuits and electrical designs.
