You have to pay to play; but if you sacrifice some time in your off-season, you will be prepared to stay in the game during season. This Summer Sports Performance Program is modeled after professional athlete’s off season training and focuses on injury prevention and increasing sport specific performance.
Rachel Farr is an athletic trainer and strength and conditioning specialist who focuses on prolonging young athlete’s careers by addressing and strengthening imbalances that lead to injury.
Programs are available by the day, and 10 class packages are available.
